Lovely..Just what I needed to see right before grilling steaks on the BBQ..LOL..I recieved a wound just like yours,many years ago from a cat cage door,I still have the scar on my little finger....

Did it heal on its own or did you have a doctor cut the nail off?

Mine fell off on it's own and grew back,but it HURT for quite a while..
