Charlestown, Rhode Island

A three day stand, the entire show revamped and cleaned up, extra lighting brought in? The Kelly Miller Circus is looking pretty spiffy for our new date in Rhode Island as we replace the Big Apple Circus for the Chamber of Commerce. A beach nearby, a neighboring circus we all were able to visit, and a television commercial featuring those who made the Titan of the Tigers who he is today all have made this an enjoyable weekend.

Raja was unable to take a dip in the cool water during our 7am stroll after we heard the lifeguards rat us out over their radio. The sign only said no dogs!

Happy Father's Day to Casey McCoy. He has some great kids with Georgia and Genevieve, while this one is growing up well-mannered as well.

Shonti's comedy routine, as Casey tells her to jump over the three cats. She politely declines

The Double Garden Wall, which is followed by a forward hind leg walk with Jai

Four tiger rollover, Shonti not included here

Normally Tora pays no attention to Raja at all unless he jumps her from behind wanting to play. This was the first time they really started opening up and batting each other around. No one said tiger play was comfortable!

Radar,

"All those that made him the Titan of the Tigers." Cool. That phrase just dropped from the clouds I suppose. Whatever.

Jack,
I must have missed something. I was trying to reference the tigers, because honestly, who would come to the circus to see Casey's mug? But of course you christened him with the title, which has been mentioned several times throughout the blog and on Facebook. If I am going to apparently be constantly offending those faithful readers who enjoy the blog I will not continue to post. No worries then. My apologies.

Pearls of elocution, spurt forth each time Jack opens his mouth. He just can't help it. And just who are "all those" anyway.

So glad to hear about extra lighting.
As an LD, I get so depressed when I see a good tent, or arena show, that could be made so much better if they paid attention to that last little frosting on the cake, creative lighting. And a followspot or two.

I would like to point out I did not say "all" those, only "those," in which as I stated before I was referencing the tigers. There were of course many others that have helped Casey along the way, too many to mention here, though none of which would be featured in a television commercial advertising business for our show. From what I heard, they were going to be shooting clips of the sterotypes and "flash" of the circus - tigers, clowns, elephants and showgirls. I don't understand how it could be construed that I meant in this (at best sixty second) commercial they would also include the origins of the tigers, the wife of the tiger trainer, multiple other tiger and animal trainers, circus fans, friends, family, the tiger groom, etc etc etc, but then leave out one person, a friend, for whatever reason that has been conjured up.
It bothers me that we have this much controversy and/or arguments on the blog over something as trivial as an improper choice of phrasing, especially after several "in your face" posts I have made to animal libbers (as the Australian twins dub them), the ones I would not mind to offend because of their unfounded accusations towards myself, my boss and my animals!
No offense was meant, no one was meant to be left out, and I was talking about no one except the tigers, the only real motherfu****s in the whole go**amn equation.

This was a lame attempt at humor on my part that went wrong.

Sorry anybody took it seriously, was a joke. I see know how I made the wrong choice in what I said. Chalk it up to a senior moment of thinking something was funny that wasn't'. Sorry. (And thanks Michael.)
