We were born before the wind

Hearts much younger than the sun...

I love that tune

Van lay off the shrooms or peyote

Last night at Adair's was cool
Had to share my play time with
Grant and the Infidels
But it was for the best
Forced me to cut any and all covers from my set
Showing me I can play a whole set of my tunes

And not be booed

Out loud at least...

Michael and the boys played killer as usual
John Pittman sat in on lap steel and some lead
The man can play people let me tell ya

Seemed like a bass player convention for awhile
Had the dude who plays bass for 1100 springs
drinkin in there
As well as mi amigo Brock Huggins former Oneal bassman

Thanks for the beer Brock
I have a great headache to thank you for

Get that 57 tuned up and warmed up for next week

Then we all had a dude on the street turn us into
Works of art to be remembered for ever
Dude was the most animated artist I have yet to meet
Dancin around while he stroked his canvas, (sketch pad really)

Found out that when I am drawn at 2:15 AM...

I look like shit

Found out that when I get home at 4:45 AM...

I feel like shit

Life, the never ending learning experience

Mucho Gracias'es to Senoir Oneal
For the safe passage home
Life saver for sure

I am now going to either...

Have some of the hair of the dog

Or...

Take a bubble bath followed by a nap

Or...

All of the above in pefect harmony

"Faster horses,
younger women,
older whiskey,
and more money"
