If I ever get back to Oklahoma

I am in a state that touches the state of Texas
Finaly...
It's been awhile

I will be officially home by the 27th of OCT.
Only a month left
You know the road does go on for ever
And the party really never ends

Got to wish luck to all the folks trying
to get outta the southern state
God be with all of you and your families

Called a buddy of mine back home yesterday
Got some crummy news
Seems as though one of his favorite
Red dirt artists recently showed a place back home
While the two of them were pissing in the john
He complimented the guy...
Said he thought he was great...
Which he responded with
Yeah, you and everyone else in this
LITTLE TOWN

Not Cool
I resembled that remark
Past tense ofcourse...
I check out this dudes blog almost daily
so I wanted to hear what he said about the show



just got back from paris texas...
it didn't rain
but that's about it
the stage at the vault was about twenty feet in the air
and had to be reached by ladder

boolah boolah....

@#$%^@'s guitar was whacked so I had to let him use mine
and lug an amp and electric rig up the ladder...
at least no one paid much attention

thanks to #%$@^ *(&^% regardless..bless her heart
she tries but that town just can't seem to get it together
as far as a live music scene

A music scene is not defined by one venue
One act
One anything...

Someone has become a
grouchy egocentric alchohlic

The Red Dirt SCENE goes far beyond him

No matter how many times his name
